In the CONQA Console, you can update existing checklist instances to the latest version of a template. This allows you to select and update up to 200 checklists at once after making changes to the template.

Steps:
In the Console select the 3 dots
in the top middle and select Update checklistsSelect the template that you have updated from the right side of your screen
Then choose the checklists on the left side that you would like to update
- You can only select checklists that use the same template, and you'll see if it's already up to dateClick Update and your checklists will update to the latest template version.

If your projects use matrices and you've made edits to your projects structure please email support@conqahq.com as these do not update automatically.
