NOTE: You will need to be an account admin to edit master list and project specific templates or project admin to edit project specific templates.
Also, If you have matrices on your project, editing your checklist may affect them. If you are unsure please reach out to support@conqahq.com
If you have existing checklist templates that require editing you can now make some of these updates yourself. You can add new sections, add & remove checkpoints, add fields and notes to checkpoints, add sign offs and re-arrange the order of checkpoints.
These changes will only be reflected in NEW instances of the checklist, if you would like existing instances updated, please email support@conqahq.com
How to edit your Checklist Templates
To edit the template go to Account or Project Settings, click on the 3 dots next to the checklist you want to edit and click 'Edit Template'
Tip: On the right hand side of the editing page is the Template Preview so as you make changes to the checklist template you can see what these will look like in the actual checklist.
1. Add a Section
To add a new section, click the plus icon next to the name of the checklist
2. Add a Checkpoint
To add a new Checkpoint, click the plus icon next to the section that you want to add the checkpoint to, enter the checkpoint name then click 'add'
3. Add fields or notes to a Checkpoint
To add fields or notes to a checkpoint click on the checkpoint then click on the plus icon next to 'Fields & Notes' to expand the options and select what you would like to add to the checkpoint.

4. Add a Sign-off
If you would like a Sign-off to be included on the checkpoint you can change the toggle next to Sign-off Enabled and add the name you would like for the Sign-off
5. Re-order Checkpoints
To re-order checkpoints within your checklist template hover over the left side of the checkpoint until you see the hand, then drag and drop the checkpoint to where you want to move it to.
6. Undo / Redo
You also have the option to undo and redo actions as you edit the template
IMPORTANT: Once you have completed editing the checklist template you will need to hit 'Publish' to save your updates
