How do I reset my password?

CONQA's forgot password tool allows you to easily reset your password.

  1. Go to the CONQA login screen on your phone or computer

  2. Click on the 'forgot password' link under the password field
    ​

  3. Enter your email and hit reset password
    ​

  4. This will send you an email
    ​

  5. You will need to click the Reset password button in the email to set a new password
    ​

  6. Set a new password
    ​

  7. Once you have set a new password you will be able to use this to access your CONQA account as normal.
