CONQA's login interface and process has been updated to better support our users and move away from having to request those pesky 'forgot password' emails when signing in on a new device.

When you see the login screen, all you need to do is enter your username (this is the email of your CONQA account entered in all lower-case), which will trigger a one time code sent to your email. Grab this code and copy it to finish logging in. Here's how this will look:

If you would prefer to log in with your password, you can do this by selecting 'Try another way'

That's it! No more needing to remember passwords each time you log in, as long as you have access to the email.
