If your company is using CONQA across multiple projects you can switch between them by following the below steps:
In App
Open the CONQA app on your phone, tablet or computer.
Navigate to the side menu by clicking the three horizontal lines in the top left hand side.
Select 'Project List' from the drop down menu.
Select the project you need to access from the list. You can also use the search bar to filter projects based on their name or what account they are under.
In Console
Open the CONQA console on your tablet or computer.
Click on the 'Projects' button on the sidebar.
You can now select the project you need to access from the list. You can either use the search bar to filter projects based on their name or choose a project from the 'Recent Projects' list.
Note that the 'Recent Projects' list will only show previously opened projects based on your access history.
