CONQA has two main interfaces that are designed to better support different functions across a business.
What is CONQA?
CONQA is a comprehensive field management tool designed to help companies capture evidence, report accurately, and ultimately, get paid. CONQA's offering includes comprehensive QA data capture, tracking of variations, signing off on work from client's and main contractors, and detailed QA Reports and progress tracking.
When should I use the CONQA app?
The CONQA app is your 'on-the-ground' solution on site. You can access the app via the web at app.con.qa, or via the downloadable web app (recommended - available here).
Using the CONQA app on your mobile or tablet, you can take photos and record data as you walk across the work site. You can add new instances of checklists and folders, easily pass/fail checkpoints and add comments. When needed you can also record digital signoffs with our on screen signature feature, or send an email request for a sign-off when your approver is off site. You can also generate QA reports as you go, emailing them to yourself or other people with just a couple of taps.
The installable mobile app even has offline support, so even when you're out of service you can still complete QA and lodge Variations.
When should I use Console?
Console has been designed for you to use back at the office, available via account.con.qa on a tablet or computer.
In the top row of Console you can quickly move between lists of all Projects and all Users in the account. You can also view your Account Checklist Templates, Folder Templates and Project Templates under the Templates header. The notification bell will light up with you have any unread sign-off notifications.
Moving to the second header row, this includes links to relevant data for the project you are viewing. The Checklists view shows you the project structure and captured QA data, similar to what you see in the app. Here you can move/reorder Folders and Checklists, bulk attach files from Dropbox, and pull Different types of QA Reports. The Sign-offs tab shows you all pending and completed sign-off requests for the project, and the QA Reports tab takes you to the QA Report Centre. Matrices will display if you have progress matrices set up for your project.
If you have account or project admin access, you will also see the Groups and Users links which provide you with the ability to manage users, and the Settings link which gives some additional project setting management.
