There can be a few reasons you might see the below error when trying to log in to CONQA.
1. A typo in your email - double check and make sure there are no missing letters/full stops in your email, this is the most common issue
2. Using uppercase letters - if you have checked for typos, and have logged into CONQA with this email before, this is the most likely issue. CONQA's log in interface is case specific, and all emails will be loaded into CONQA as all lowercase. To resolve this, just retype your email in all lowercase letters.
3. You don't have a CONQA account - you can check with the CONQA account admin at your company, or our friendly support team, who can check and confirm whether your email has been registered to an account
