If you notice the CONQA Site App is taking up more space on your device than usual, this is due to App Data, when adding files and photos using the Site App this is stored as App Data to ensure these are uploaded once you have a strong enough signal to do so.
Please ensure the Upload Queue is empty prior to starting this process.
Instructions will differ between Android and Apple devices, please see instructions below.
Android has a specific setting for this:
Step 1: Open the Settings application on your device.
Step 2: Head Over to Apps Menu
Step 3: Choose Installed Applications
Step 4: Find the Application you want to Clear the App Data of
Step 5: Select it, Move to the Storage Tab
Step 6: Hit Clear Storage/Clear App Data
Apple requires you to remove the app and reinstall:
Step 1: Launch the Settings app.
Step 2: Tap "General," and then "iPhone Storage."
Step 3: From the iPhone Storage screen, tap on the CONQA Site App
Step 4: Tap "Delete App" to remove it.
Step 5: launch the App Store and reinstall the app you just deleted. Click here to go to the App Store.
