The Issues tab in Console allows you to to view, track, manage and export all Issues on a project, regardless of who raised the issue, or who it is assigned to.
The Issues tab is available via account.con.qa
View and Filter Issues
Within this tab, you can view all Issues, or easily filter by Issue status. Simply click on the status you wish to view, and the table will show all project Issues in that state.
Export Issues
You can also export issues to a spreadsheet, great for reporting and deeper analysis.
The Issues export is in an Excel/Sheets .xlsx format, and includes details such as Issue title, assignee, due date, status, last updated, and days at current status.
This spreadsheet includes all Issues in the project, but can easily be filtered to view specific states, or days since last update.
