Viewing Issues
You can view all Issues assigned to, or raised by, you in the CONQA app. Just hit the 'Issues' icon down the bottom of the screen to be directed to the 'My Issues' page.
What does the My Issues page show?
There are two tabs, Action required and All my Issues.
Action required will show Issues where the ball is in your court, an they are pending your action.
All my Issues will show all Issues within the project you are set as the responsible party, or have had the Issue assigned to you. By default any tickets you create will include you as the Responsible person, unless you set this to be someone else.
Filtering your Issues
You can search and filter the Issues on the 'My Issues' page easily.
If you are trying to track down a specific issue, try searching by the ID [ISS-0005], or the issue title.
If you are wanting to filter all issues, use the built in filter tool:
From here, you can filter by Issue status, due date, assignee, responsible users:
Remember, this is filtering the Issues shown to you on the 'My Issues' page, it will not pick up Issues where you are not the assignee or responsible party.
Notifications
If you are assigned an issue, you will receive a notification in app. Hit the notification to be taken straight to the Issue.
For the best experience, we recommend you enable push notifications for the CONQA App
