Once you've sent a sign-off request via the Web App, you may need to resend if the recipient has not completed your request. This can only be done for incomplete sign-off requests. If you want to send a new sign-off request check out How to send a Sign-off request
- Head to account.con.qa
- Select your project from the list
- Navigate to the Sign-offs tab
- Make sure you are looking at the Awaiting Approval tab
5. Click the white tick box next to the request(s) you wish to resend. Alternatively, select the top tick box to select all.
6. Click the 'SEND SIGN OFFS' button in the top right. You will need to hit 'confirm & send emails' in the dialog box.
This will resend an email to the 'assigned to' email address.
