On CONQA you have the benefit of being able to attach photographs to any checkpoint.
You have the option of taking one photo through Web App, which will immediately upload, or you can Bulk Upload multiple Photos/Files from your device.
Attach a Photo:
To Upload one photo at a time:
- Tap on the camera icon next to any checkpoint in the app.
- Take the photo
- Name the photo (this is optional and can be disabled by going to Settings).
- Tap "Upload"
Bulk Upload Photos/Files:
To Bulk Upload photos/files from a Computer, follow these steps:
- Tap on the paperclip icon next to any checkpoint in the app.
- Select "File" and then select all files that you wish to upload.
- Please Note: Conqa recommends uploading no more than 20 photos at once
To Bulk Upload photos/files from an Android phone/tablet, follow these steps:
- Tap on the paperclip icon next to any checkpoint in the app.
- Select "File" and then "Documents"
- Hold/Press down on the thumbnail of the first image until it shows as selected, then tap on the rest of the images you also need to upload.
- Tap "Open"
- You can name the Photographs in sequence if you wish (optional).

To Bulk Upload photos/files from an iPhone, follow these steps:
- Tap on the paperclip icon next to any checkpoint in the app.
- Select "File" and then "Documents"
- Hold/Press down on the thumbnail of the first image until it shows as selected, then tap on the rest of the images you also need to upload.
- Tap "Open"
- You can name the photo in sequence if you wish (optional).
