If Checklists / QA Folder Structure have been recently added to a project that new content might not display on the Site App.
To force the phone to re-load and re-sync the new content follow these instructions.
You'll need to be connected to the internet for this to work.
Step 1 - Go to Phone's Settings and Find 'Apps'
Step 2 - Find CONQA Site App
Step 3 - Select 'Storage'
Step 4 - 'Clear Data'
This will wipe the project data from the phone and be reloaded when you next open CONQA Site App. The new project content will be downloaded - so stay connected to the internet until you can navigate to where you need to go.
