CONQA's QA Reports are downloadable PDF reports that give you a detailed overview of your Project. This allows you to share progress quickly and easily using a professional format.
Downloading a QA Report
To download a QA Report, head to account.con.qa and navigate to your Project.
* QA Reports can be generated for the entire Project, or for a specific Folder location within your Project depending on where you request the QA Report from when navigating through your Project.
In the right hand pane you will see the QA Report button and a dropdown that contains other options.
- QA Report will generate a report that shows the current status of Checkpoints within your Project.
- QA Report with History will generate a report that shows the current status and previous status history of Checkpoints.
Cover Page
The cover page will show you the location of the Project the Report has been generated from:
- Here we can see the project is called ‘Demo Project’. The QA Report has been generated from the 'Demo Folders' subfolder location.
Report Summary
Most QA Reports will have a Report Summary to make reading the report easier, showing the various statuses of each area at a glance, along with a hyperlink to that locations page within the report:
- ‘Pass’ indicates completed QA
- ‘Fail’ indicates a failed item (which may require attention)
- ‘Wip’ indicated that QA is not yet complete in this area but there are no failed items
- 'NA' indicated an item marked as not applicable
Images
Each image will show you the time/date it was taken in addition to the User who took the photo:
- If the photo was named by the taker, this will be underneath the photo (otherwise the photo's default file name will be shown).
- You can view the full sized image by right clicking the blue link and opening in a new tab.
Attachments
Any files that have been added to a checkpoint will be displayed at the end of the document in the ‘Attachments’ section.
