PDF Reports are a Live Document
You can refresh it in a few days' time and anything the site team has captured between now and then will be added to the document.
If you would like to ‘Save’ the report as it is, download the PDF.
The cover page will show you the area of the project that document has been sent from:
Here we can see the project is called ‘Document Demonstration’. The PDF Report has been sent from Building 2 - Ground Floor - Zone 1.
Project Summary Page
Most PDF Reports will have a Project Summary to make reading the PDF Report easier. (If your Report does not have a Project Summary, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.)
The Project Summary page shows the various statuses of each area:
- ‘Pass’ indicates that the QA for ‘G533 - LINK’ is complete
- ‘Fail’ indicates that‘G540 - INTF’ has a failed item (which may require attention) and you can quickly click down to view this by clicking the blue ‘page 7’.
- ‘Wip’ means that QA is not complete in this area but there are no failures.
Each image will show you the time/date that it was taken and who took the photo:
If the photo was named by the taker, this will be underneath the photo (e.g. “1:60”).
You can also see the full sized image by right clicking the blue link and opening in a new tab.

Any files that have been added to a checkpoint will be displayed at the end of the document in the ‘Attachments’ section.
