Once the Site App is installed tap the icon to open it to get started
You'll need to login using your Conqa profile details. If you need help or have forgotten your password, email support@conqahq.com
Choose which project you want to work in.
The first time you enter a project you must have an internet connection. The project folder structure and checklists will download. Once you see this icon you can do QA for that project offline (more on that soon).
The QA folder structure is setup according to the project requirements that your team have sent through.
To navigate quickly around the sections you are in, tap the area name at the very top of the screen, this opens a list of options to jump around sections.
You can Pass, Fail or Ignore checkpoints along the way and add comments to provide more context. Once you start marking off checks a progress bar will update above title of the checklist you are working in.
Good QA needs photos, to take a singular photo, tap the camera icon, this will ask for your permission to access the gallery if you haven't already and then open your camera to take the photo - Please note, the first upload may take some time, after this uploads will be processed in a normal time frame.
Should you need to add multiple you can press the paperclip icon to open up the gallery, this will again ask for your permission if you have not done so already and then display your photos, tap as many as required to select and then confirm the upload.
When working in an area with low reception or using the app offline you will need to ensure you have loaded the different areas of the Site App while you are connected to the internet, you will only need to do this once prior to starting work.
If you have taken or uploaded a photo while in low reception or offline mode the Conqa Site App will put this into a queue until you get back to an area with good reception at which time they will begin to upload.
If you find there is a delay on the photo uploading, you can jump start this by selecting Settings on the bottom right and the Upload Queue, here you can restart the process of uploading, make sure you have a good internet connection before starting the queue again.
