For more details, check out our help article here: What is a Checklist Template?
How do I get a new checklist template added?
Checklist templates must be added to your project on CONQA by a CONQA staff member. To request a checklist be added, please send an email to support@conqahq.com with the checklist attached in excel format, with the projects it needs to be added to specified.
How do I create a checklist template in a spreadsheet?
To create a checklist template in excel or sheets, you will need to specify the name of each element, and what sort of datapoint it is. All checklists will need a checklist name and checkpoints, but you may also include sections, and options like custom buttons, drop downs and text boxes.
To help you create and format your checklist templates, please use the below Google Sheet or Excel spreadsheet

I want a checklist template added, but it’s not in a spreadsheet
CONQA staff will prioritise the adding of checklist templates that are already configured in a CONQA compatible spreadsheet. We will aim to get non excel templates, converted, digitised and added to your project/s within 5 working days of the request being received. If you want to speed up the process please use the above links to send through the checklist template as a spreadsheet, compatible with CONQA.
