NOTE: Only users with account admin privileges can archive projects. If you do not have admin access please contact support and we will archive the project/s for you.
Why should I archive projects?
When your project list starts to get long it can affect the loading time of CONQA's account interface. Archiving jobs as you finish work keeps CONQA performing at it's best and avoids unnecessary clutter in the project list, making it easier to find the project you need.
Archiving projects removes all user access, preventing them from completing any new QA, and changing any data or structure.
How do I archive projects?
To archive a project you must be an account admin. If you do not see the archive logo discussed below you will need to ask a CONQA staff member to archive the project/s for you.
- Go to CONQA Console (account.con.qa)
- Open the project list for the account you want to archive a project in
- Click on the archive icon
- You will need to confirm in the web pop up
- Now the project has been archived, you will see it has moved from the Current list to the Archived list
- This project will now only be accessible via CONQA Console (account.con.qa) and no new data can be entered.
NOTE: When projects are archived all user access is removed
Can I reactivate projects that have been archived?
Yes. To reactivate a project, go to the Archived project list and hit the Restore icon:
NOTE: If you reactivate an archived project, you will need to manually re-add any users that need access.
