In CONQA, you have the option to make certain checklist features mandatory, making sure site users are guided to capture the required evidence accurately.

Mandatory fields can be added in the checklist editor, or in your excel breakdowns.

Mandatory signoffs are set at an account wide level and need to be enabled by CONQA staff please reach out to support@conqahq.com to request mandatory signoffs/hold points

Mandatory Files for Checkpoints

Checkpoints can be set to have a mandatory file requirement. This ensures a checkpoint has a photo or file attached before the status can be set.

Mandatory Checkpoint Fields

Datapoints attached to checkpoints can be set as mandatory, ensuring the field is completed before a status is set for the checkpoint. These datapoints could include textboxes, dropdowns and button selects.

Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk*

Mandatory Sign-offs

Sign-offs (also known as Holdpoints) can be set to mandatory at an account level. Turning this setting on ensures all sign-off fields across all projects in your account require a signature before any subsequent checkpoints can have a status set.
To enable this, please reach out to support@conqahq.com
