Sign-offs allow you to request approval from someone via email. These can be sent from the CONQA app, or app.con.qa. Your checkpoint will need to have a signoff field attached to allow for remote sign off.
Requesting a sign-off from CONQA App
You can see which checkpoints allow sign-off requests, they will include a yellow line to signify a sign off/hold point.
Click on the Request Sign-off button
Set the recipient's email, add a note if desired and hit SEND
They recipient will then receive an email advising them of the request, which the can approve, or request more information. If they have the CONQA installed they will receive a notification advising them of the request.
You will also receive a notification when they sign-off has been completed. You will be able to see this on the checkpoint too
