CONQA's sign off tool includes in app and online notifications. This keeps you moving, keeps work getting done, and keeps you informed of the status of the sign-offs you have requested. While you will still get email alerts when a sign-off is assigned to you, you will now be able to get that information and more from within CONQA's platform.
Who can receive notifications?
In app and online notifications are available to all CONQA users. You can access your notification inbox in Account (account.con.qa) and in the CONQA app (mobile app, and app.con.qa). People who do not have CONQA accounts will not receive notifications, but will still receive email alerts to let them know when a sign-off has been assigned to them.
You can access your notifications simply by clicking on the bell icon in the top right of your screen.
What triggers a notification?
- Assigning a sign-off to a user will notify that user
- Approving a sign-off request will notify the requester
- Requesting more information on a checkpoint will notify the requester
- Reassigning a pending sign-off will notify the new assignee
Notifications in Account (account.con.qa)
Notifications in Account will provide a link to navigate directly to the location of the sign-off checkpoint via our sign-off portal at review.con.qa
The video below shows the workflow and how actions trigger notifications between the sign-off requester (left) and the approver (right)
Notifications in CONQA App (app.con.qa)
Notifications in App will allow you to navigate directly to the location of the sign-off checkpoint within the app. Check out the video below showing how the CONQA app and website support notifications as part of your workflow. On the left is the user who requested the sign-off, and on the right the sign-off approver.
