This feature is only available for Account and Project Admins

You can create custom links in CONQA for each project, these allow you to embed hyperlinks to external web pages such as SharePoint, Google Drive or other external resources outside of CONQA.
These links are visible to all users on a project via Console.

Steps:

  1. In account.con.qa, navigate to the project you're adding a custom link in.

  2. On the left side menu, click on "Project Links" and then select "Manage project links" or access this through the project settings.

  3. Select "Add Link" in the top right corner

  4. Fill in the Link Label, this is the custom text that will be displayed under the custom links in the project
Fill in the URL, this link will be accessible to all users on your project with permission "Site User" and up.

  5. Select "Add link" and your link will now be live in your project.
A maximum of 5 links can be added at any time in a project.

  6. You can edit or delete a link using these icons

  7. Once your link is added, you'll now see it in the left hand menu under "Project links"

  8. The first time you access external links you'll be presented with this warning:

You can select "I understand, don't show this again" if you wish to remove this warning.
