What is a Project Extract?

Project Extracts provide a detailed overview of your CONQA project’s structure, checklists, checkpoints, and templates in an easy-to-read Excel format. They are useful for reviewing project setup, tracking progress, performing deeper analysis with tools like pivot tables, and communicating structural or template changes with the CONQA Support Team.

Generating a Project Extract

Project Extracts can be generated by Account and Project Admins only. For more info on User Permissions, click here.

To generate a Project Extract, open the project (1) in Console and navigate to Settings (2). This will open the Project Details section (3).

In this section you will see a button to 'Download project extract' (4).

Interpreting the Extract

Tab 1: Structure

The Structure tab details the work-breakdown structure of your CONQA project. The structure is broken down as one folder or checklist per row, tiered per column to show where each folder/checklist is located. Use this tab for marking up any changes to a project structure to communicate back to the CONQA Support Team. This is the same format used when uploading structure to CONQA. Use this structure when creating new projects or additions to existing projects.

  • Displays the project's structure in an easy-to-understand format

  • Mark up structural changes to your project using the information in this tab

Tab 2: Checklists

The Checklists tab displays all the checklists that exist within your project, along with their statuses and locations. Data from this tab can be used for analysing project progress using Excel pivot tables and charts.

  • Displays the status and location of every checklist

  • Use pivot tables and charts to monitor project progress

  • Facilitate in-depth analysis and reporting of checklist completion

Tab 3: Checkpoints

The Checkpoints tab is similar to Checklists, broken down further to display each specific checkpoint in your project, including their statuses and locations. This checkpoint data provides a more detailed analysis of the state of your project.

  • Displays the status and location of every checkpoint

  • Use pivot tables and charts to monitor project progress

  • Facilitate in-depth analysis and reporting of checkpoint completion

Tab 4: Master List Templates

The Master List Templates tab provides a list of all Master List templates available in your project. Use this tab for marking up any changes to checklist templates to communicate back to the CONQA Support Team. This is the same format used when creating new checklist templates.

  • Complete list of Master List templates that are available in the project

  • Useful for reviewing and updating Master List templates

Tab 5: Project Checklist Templates

The Project Checklist Templates tab provides a list of all the project specific checklist templates available in your project.
