Moving/Re-ordering Folders and Checklists in your Project

Move or re-order folders and checklists in CONQA Console.

NOTE: You will need to be an account or project admin to do this.

If you have added a checklist or folder to the wrong folder or area in your project, you can move this within the project folder tree in CONQA Console.

How to Move:

With your project open in CONQA Console, expand your project's folder tree structure to find the folder or checklist you need to move. Then, hover over this folder/checklist and click the three dots on the right. Select 'Move folder/checklist'. This will open a window showing your project's folder tree which you can then select your new location and click 'Move' to complete the process.

How to Re-order:

With your project open in CONQA Console, expand your project's folder tree structure to find the parent folder of the folders/checklists you want to re-order. Then, hover over this folder and click the three dots on the right. Select 'Re-order contents'. This will open a window showing the contents of the folder which you can then re-order alphabetically, or drag and drop items to reorder, then click 'Save'.
