Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

This article explains what multi-factor authentication (MFA) is in CONQA and how to set it up or manage it on your account.

To set up MFA on your CONQA account, go to your User Settings

Enable Multi-Factor Authentication

MFA can be set up on your preferred authenticator app.

  1. Click on 'Set up MFA'

  2. In the box that pops up, hit the Next button to bring up a QR code
    ​

  3. You will need to scan this code with your preferred app
    ​


    ​Note, these next steps may vary slightly depending on your app

  4. Your app will give you a one-time password code

  5. Enter this code, and Verify
    ​

Once set up, this is what you will see

Disable MFA

Hit the 'Disable MFA' button, and confirm in the pop up box you wish to disable.
