What are the minimum device specs for using the CONQA app?

The CONQA app is available in the App Store and Google Play store. You can download the app here: conqa.com/app

As of March 2026, the minimum device specifications for the CONQA mobile app are as follows:

Android phones & tablets

  • OS: Android 13

  • RAM: 2GB

  • Storage: 16GB

Apple iPhones & iPads

  • iOS 16 or later

  • iPhone SE (3rd generation)

  • iPhone X

  • iPhone 11 or later

  • iPad iOS 16 or later

  • iPad (5th generation) or later

  • iPad Air (3rd generation) or later

  • iPad Mini (5th generation) or later

  • iPad Pro 12.9-inch (1st generation)

  • iPad Pro 9.7-inch

  • iPad Pro 10.5-inch (2nd generation)

  • iPad Pro 11-inch

Please be advised that the above specifications are a minimum to operate the CONQA app on your device. For best performance we recommend devices be on the latest operating system, with plenty of available storage space.

If you experience performance issues with the CONQA app, please check the storage available on your device, check for any pending software updates and try restart your device. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our support team with Live Chat in app, or via support@conqahq.com


Note re Surface Pros

The CONQA app is not available in the Windows app store, and we do not recommend Surface Pros as on-site device for our app, as the camera does not support taking photos in app.
